Case Study: Siphosami Women’s Group EAfrica is strengthening its organisation, consolidating and developing its programmes, policies and activities, scaling up its work nationally and across borders, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance our work. In addition, EAfrica is developing institutional funding that can be channelled where needed for flexible and innovative responses to changing contexts and emerging needs.
EAfrica will strengthen its organisation through:
• Consolidating and developing our programmes, policies and activities, scaling up our activities nationally and across borders. • Developing a network of key resource centres across the country such as the proposed centre at Cleveland Dam. These centres will be a hub for research, developmental issues, networking and much more. • Developing communication networks to help keep environmental issues on the policy, corporate and popular agenda, as well as sharing best practice and lessons learned.
