Reports indicate that only Kenya and South Africa are the two African countries that actively participated in the Earth hour symbolic statement about Climate change that was held across the world on Saturday 28 March from 8.30 to 9.30 pm (your local time.)

This is how Grade 6 children of Hellenic school see the future. As part of their World Environment Day celebrations, Mrs Waterworth a visiting speaker, challenged the children in each grade to research and think about how they could assist in steering the school on the road to becoming carbon nuetral.  Each Grade was given a different topic to research and produce a class project.
