ENVIRONMENTAL REPORTER AWARDS ENTERS SECOND DECADE RUNNING

The past has been great but we want the future to be greater’, this is how the organizers and sponsors of the Environmental reporter awards summed up their vision for the event as it gets into its second decade running this year. Speaking on behalf of the sponsors Rainbow Tourism Group Marketing Director, Mr Patrick Masvikeni outlined the various strategies and innovations that are lined up to give the awards a facelift. Mr Masvikeni revealed that among other things the prizes will be reviewed to keep up with the prevailing inflation rates, a new category will be introduced to carter for photography and a grand event to launch the new look awards will be held towards end of this year.

The most common container in the soft drink market today is the plastic bottle, or more specifically, the polythene terephthalat (PET) bottle. PET is a polymer manufactured from oil based raw material, it is tough and resilient and is 100% recyclable.
